A First, pull over to a safe area, turn off the power, and put on the handbrake. Then contact our on-site service team or the golf course management office immediately (the contact information is provided on the cart). Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the cart by yourself to avoid further damage.

A Children under 16 years old are not allowed to operate a golf cart. For children riding, they must be accompanied by an adult, sit in the designated seat, and not lean out of the cart or put their hands/feet outside the vehicle to avoid accidents.

A Please follow these safety rules:
① Fasten your seatbelt at all times;
② Do not overload the cart or carry items that exceed the load capacity;
③ Keep a safe distance from other carts and pedestrians;
④ Do not drive on steep slopes or uneven roads unless the cart is specially designed for it;
⑤ Turn off the power when getting on or off the cart, and pull the handbrake to prevent sliding.
